This property has two bedrooms with 1 king size bed and 3 twin size beds to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably.

In the backyard you will be immersed in tranquility. Guest will have access to a large gas grill for barbecuing and a fire-pit for s’more’s with the kids. Let’s not forget the stunning front patio with elegant glass railings.

The nightly rate accommodates up to 5 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 6. Any guest beyond 5 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.

★ ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our home as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine covers additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.
