The property was a great value! We appreciated the earlier check ins and later check out, and the responsiveness of the host. We did notice some issues with cleanliness (crumbs in one bed, garbage not emptied). All in all however it was a great stay!

Wonderful place and host

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Anne's cottage. It was exactly as described, beautiful and clean house with a stunning view of sunset and sunsire. Anne is very attentive and will response quickly to any questions that were asked. Would love to comeback during summer!Thank you, Anne for a great weekend!

Amazing property! Beautifully designed home with spacious rooms all with it's own bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and extra pillows/blankets made for an extra comfortable stay. The dock is wonderful and the water is shallow and clear. The kayak and paddleboard provided were a special touch. Our kids loved it! Would love to stay again in the future,. Though if I may suggest one thing, the bed on the main floor may require replacing as it was creaking rather loudly with very minute position changes. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful cottage!

We had a great time and enjoyed the clear shallow waters and sandy lake bottom of Lake Simcoe. The dock was large and relaxing. An umbrella at the dock would be a good addition. We loved the interior space of the home.The bed in the pullout and downstairs bedroom need to be changed as they are noisy and uncomfortable. The exterior and sauna could have been swept and cleaned better for our arrival. As well the hot tub had sand in it. Overall the stay was pleasurable!

House was in a nice location. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice. That being said the exterior needs a power washing to remove all the grime especially on the deck. Lots of spider webs on windows that need cleaning inside and out. Weeds growing around entrance and garage doors. Garbage cans were full upon arrival. NO SAFETY HAND RAIL on any of the staircases. VERY DANGEROUS!!! Would we stay again YES. Would like to see it cleaned up a little better for all the renters.
