Wonderful stay

Our family had a great time on this property. This place has everything as advertised. The photos are great but some don’t do justice to the beauty of this place. We enjoyed the pool mostly, as well as the game room, movie theatre, and a great view of Lake Simcoe. The host was very hospitable and always responsive. I would recommend this place 100%

It's a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lake Simcoe is amazingly clean and blue, and we got lucky with the weather at the end of August. The house has everything you need, and more. We paddled on stand up paddleboards, we used kayaks, we enjoyed the lake view from both patios. Everything in the house is very well thought through, we were able to relax and enjoy it. We will definitely come back.

Family Christmas

We need a large place for a multi generational family Christmas. The house exceeded expectations. The layout was great. The kitchen and amenities were fabulous. The games room and media rooms were a hit with the kids. Communication with the property managemer was very good. They accommodated our needs and made our stay one to remember.

Excellent ...perfect...brillant.

We had a family gathering with a large group. We stayed from September 26 to 29 in this most beautiful spacious cottage...so well equipped with high-end appliances, cutlery, etc.. They also provided tea/coffee. The washer and dryer were very helpful. Amazing five star accommodation. Every room was beautiful in white and beige tones. It was such a pleasure to open the curtains in the morning to see the amazing lake view and watch the sun rise and the sun set each evening on the balcony. Basement: lots of games there. There was gym equipment and a big theater room. Sauna: worked perfectly and the cold plunge was a hit Cottage: was very clean Denys, the host, was very helpful, provided good customer service, and always responded to my requests in a timely manner. Kuddo to Denys!!! Keep it the good work! This is an amazing place for vacation to stay and I would recommend anybody with a big group of people to go there.
