Welcome to Serenity Place!
Our home is located in a quiet, well-established neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat that remains close to local attractions. We are conveniently situated 6 miles from downtown Louisville and the Kentucky International Convention Center, 7 miles from the Kennedy Bridge, and 12 miles from Churchill Downs.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- Primary Bedroom: King bed, luxurious ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
- Second Bedroom: Two queen beds, smart TV, large closet, and charging stations.
- Third Bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV, spacious closet, and charging station.
- Living Area: Two fold-out sofa beds (ideal for children or teens), a large smart TV, and ample seating.

Amenities & Living Spaces:

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, basic spices, and a dedicated coffee and tea station.
- Dining Room: A dedicated, adjoining space to enjoy meals together.
