We welcome you to our home to spend a memorable time along the Sea of Cortez in Baja California Sur! This vacation rental serves an ideal base from which to explore all that the area has to offer. And after your adventures, retreat to your fully furnished three-bedroom casita with wonderful views to the sea and to the mountains, common spaces on all three floors, a full kitchen, BBQ station, upgraded heating and cooling units in all rooms, fiber optic internet service, in-unit laundry, and more!

FN209 is located in Loreto Bay, Nopolo, in the original Founders Neighborhood, just minutes from Loreto and the International Airport. A short, one-block walk takes you to the soft sands of the beach and the Sea of Cortez – perfect for a scenic stroll, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and more. Or just relax and watch the waves and aquatic wildlife. This self-contained community has swimming pools, restaurants, hotels, convenience store, spa/salon, and golfing, all within walking distance.

Past the main entrance to the casita, you will notice the beautiful flowering trees and a gurgling water fountain in a peaceful Mexican tiled and stone courtyard setting. To the left is the main room comprising the kitchen, dining and living rooms. This is your primary meeting place with a long communal dining table, oversized couches, ceiling fan, large streaming-enabled television, and a small workstation. The living room bureau offers books and games to enjoy. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and full place setting for eight. Both bottled and filtered water are available.

Privacy doors separate the main area from the large Master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, built-in bureau and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and a glass block walk-in shower. Separate entryways take you to the back patio, where various beach items are available and an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, or back to the Courtyard. There, you will find a closet for the stacked washer and dryer unit, the second of three full-size bathrooms, and the second of three bedrooms with back patio access.

Up the stone stairs to the second level, enjoy views of the homes and alleyways of the neighborhood. There is a fully equipped gas BBQ station views and four person high-top to enjoy al fresco dining and grilling your favorite foods. Also, on this floor is a canopied area with lounge chairs to catch some sun rays. Finally, there is the large third bedroom, equipped with a king bed, television, bureau and cabinet, and a luxurious full bath. As with the other bedrooms, it has a ceiling fan and is stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries.

The third floor affords an amazing view from the sea on one side, to mountains on the other, and the colorful roof tiles of your neighbors in between. A ceiling fan provides added comfort; otherwise, enjoy the breeze and lounge around enjoying your morning coffee or reading your favorite book.
