Step inside to an inviting living room with comfortable sofa and armchair seating and a mounted smart TV—the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city.



An arched doorway leads to the dining area, where a high-top table seats four. The updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes and ample cabinet storage, giving you everything needed for meals at home.



Need to get some work done? A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi provide a convenient setup for remote work or catching up on emails.



One of the highlights of The Cincinnati Charm is the enclosed porch. With comfortable seating and plenty of natural light, it's an inviting spot to enjoy your morning coffee, catch up on a book or simply unwind.



The home also includes an in-home washer and dryer for added convenience during short or extended stays.

• Guests have private access to the home with convenient self check-in.

• Driveway parking is available for one vehicle, with additional free street parking available where permitted.

• Guests also have access to the in-home washer and dryer.

• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

• Driveway parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street parking is available where permitted.

• The fireplace is not available for guest use.

• For security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the front, sides and rear exterior areas of the property. There are no interior cameras.
