We always have a an amazing time at palmetto bluffs kids love riding bikes and golf carts. As well as enjoy going fishing, canoeing and tubing right on property.

Why they chose this property

This is the neighborhood that greets visitors first and sets the tone for everything we love about Palmetto Bluff.  The streets are quiet and narrow, and the houses lean in, as if arranged for conversation.  Life moves at a gentle pace: people pedaling, strolling, coasting by.  As you drive into Palmetto Bluff, you spot the Wilson Village sign and the shade envelopes you, trees arching overhead, their branches intertwined in welcome. Then over the bridge and into the Village, the heart of town, beating with life and connected to everything you land in our “Narnia”.

We are those people who like it when a front porch isn’t just an architectural feature; it’s a lifestyle.  Quaint garden fences run along the gas-lit sidewalks woven throughout the community.  Nearby, a match is won on a tennis or pickleball court while a Duffy boat glides by.

There is more than history to visit here.  There is a chapel, an inn, a market, a dock,
restaurants, a gallery, and paths that wander along the May River and inland
waterways.  The houses around us are impossibly charming, soft-edged, symmetrical, and a little like wedding cakes set carefully beneath live oaks with draping Spanish moss lulling you to simpler times.   Views we love include a neighbor’s wave, swings moving gently in the park, tails wagging, and the river pushing a steady maritime breeze through the trees.
