Three bedrooms in the main house along with a king bed in the guest house, this Palmetto Bluff Village home, located near the May River Chapel represents a truly quintessential Lowcounty experience. This home is decorated with more style and care than your typical Lowcountry home. Completely remodeled by J. Banks out of Hilton Head in 2020, custom-designed furniture is thoughtfully placed throughout this home. In addition to the king bed in the guest house there is also a built in cubby with a queen.

As you walk through the front door, the first-floor master bedroom has a king bed and is very spacious. The private bathroom is accessed only through the bedroom and has been recently remodeled. Beautiful and serene in colorways, this is the perfect adult escape.

As you pass the powder room on your right, you enter into the expansive living room/dining room combination. The light shines throughout the house creating a bright and airy space. Perfect for entertaining since this area opens up to the outside porches, both screened and unscreened with a porch swing and additional seating areas. As an added bonus, there is a gas burning fireplace in the living room as well as the screen-in porch which is easy to operate.

Off the dining room is a lovely sitting area that seats four with an additional four guests at the kitchen counter; perfect to watch the private chef as she prepares your meals. Please ask me how to arrange a private chef for you during your stay. If you would like to stay in and cook your own meals, this stocked kitchen has everything you need including coffee, and sweeteners. Behind the dining room is the laundry room with an iron, built-in ironing board, and detergent for you to use on-site.

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
