Only .3 miles to the beach and equipped with everything you need to stay at the beach like a local. Take the 8min walk, or Golf Cart down with less than a 2 minute ride. This home comes with a 6 seater golf cart. These typically rent for $125/day so this is an amazing amenity!! Enjoy a beautiful outdoor dining area with a gas grill, or walk to several dining options nearby. When not at the beach, you can head to the pool, visit the workout facility, or take a walk to the Blue Mountain Bakery nearby. Two bikes are offered for our guests who are welcome to enjoy the many bike trails 30A has to offer. An outdoor shower offers hot water. Get Sudsy!! Rest, shop, eat, lie in the sand, Stay long enough to do it all! Your oasis awaits! *Guests will need to provide drivers license and proof of Auto Ins. at booking.

We are from Oklahoma City and have loved visiting 30A for years. July 2024, we turned our dreams to reality when we purchased this home. We hope to provide a 5* experience, the kind of stay we ourselves would prefer. We are happy to share this little piece of paradise with you. We know you will love it as much as we do!

Our Bungalow is located in the Brickyard, a highly desirable area of Blue Mountain. It is full of charm and character. Come see for yourself!

What makes this property unique

This property has charm galore. Offered with high end furnishings and finishes. A 6 seater golf cart makes it very convenient to cruise 30A and run to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and a washer/dryer are available for your convenience. The outdoor dining is truly serene with privacy and tropical foliage that reminds you you're in paradise. The outdoor shower has hot water... feel free to get sudsy. We include 5 beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, board games, etc... everything you need for a memorable vacation. Blue Mountain is the perfect location, as it is a short ride/drive into Seaside and Rosemary for shopping, dining, and the crowds yet far enough from the fray to provide quiet and relaxation. It sits between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place. Take your pick of how you want to experience the unbeatable beaches and water of 30A and the Emerald Coast. Trust us... you'll be booking for next year's getaway before you leave.
