New splash pad is completed and ready! The friendly Brett-Robinson staff are on-site to assist you. Maintenance, housekeeping and security are on-site. Our reviews show that we take pride in making sure you have a comfortable, memorable stay. Excellent communication from the owner. Fill the gap prices throughout the year.

Very nice rental for our winter get-away! The communication with the owner before and during our trip was excellent. Comfortable beds and furniture were a huge plus, and the kitchen was very well equipped with any appliance or gadget we needed.

Great views of the beach from the room and the balcony. The balcony was spacious with plenty of room to sit outside and listen to the waves and the condo was very clean and had spacious rooms. Great check in and check out. No problems at all with anything.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

The condo is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. As a bonus, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed breakfasts on the big gorgeous balcony, and we loved hanging out in the kitchen. The proximity to Flora-Bama was fun as well! We cant wait to visit again.

Perfect family sized condo

The location and size of this condo were perfect for our family. The added addition of chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch for the beach. The griddle in the kitchen was a nice addition for breakfast! The condo is how to looks and is in great location to the beach and Flora-Bama! We had a blast and will stay here again!

Large condo. With there being 3 bedrooms was a little surprised there wasn't more furniture on patio. The patio wasn't really private since two other units could see right onto your patio. All in all nice place to stay.

Girls trip

Great location next to FloraBama. Easy access to the beach. We had a leaking shower head in the guest bath and I let them know and someone was there to fix the problem in 30 minutes. It was very clean and family friendly.

We have always enjoyed going to the gulf coast and have had many special memories there. We love relaxing at the condo and also enjoy the many activities available in the area. Our friends, children and grandchildren have all enjoyed it with us.

Why they chose this property

Everyone has a special place, we would like to invite you to ours. We have family and friends in Alabama and Georgia so it is perfect place to meet and enjoy time together. Phoenix X is in a great location close to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. We have owned this condo since the building opened and love the location.

What makes this property unique

A favorite place to relax is on the lounge chair on the balcony. The relaxing sounds and views are great. The Alabama end of Perdido Key is uncrowded and it is enjoyable to walk along the beach any time of year.
This unit is the only one we own. You can see from the many reviews that we take pride in the unit and care about each guest's experience. You will find attention to detail and a quick response from me if you have any questions or needs.
