Enjoy all that Dewey Beach has to offer, in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that is located in the center of town.

Just one block from the beach and one block from the bay. This is an immaculate, non-smoking condo with an open layout and electric fireplace. This is one of few properties in Dewey that offers a community pool with a common grilling area. Modern decor. with plasma TV, Bose surround sound and 2 reserved parking spaces. This unit has one Queen bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen and 1 double bed in the 2nd bedroom. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. The unit also has a pullout sofa bed in the living room. Take advantage of the magnificent kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, including coffee pot, toaster, blender, and all cooking utensils (including grilling utensils for the poolside grill).

In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

This condo is within walking distance to the beach and all of Dewey Beach's hot spots!
Park your car for the stay, and walk everywhere!

Your kids will enjoy the John Waples Playground only a half block away on McKinley St. Two Jolly Trolley stops are within 1/2 blocks which provide continuous transportation to the Rehoboth boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
