Cozy 2 BR Cottage steps from the Beach. Pet Friendly.

*** From Memorial Day to June 13th, the minimum age to rent is 30. Proof of age will be required***
This cozy duplex cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath. There is a screened in porch where you can hear the ocean which is only steps away. The cottage is situated in the heart of Dewey, so just park the car and enjoy your stay! In season there is a Jolly Trolley stop close by to take you to Rehoboth Beach as well.

The cottage is pet friendly, for a fee of $100 per stay, and is available to families and responsible adults over 25.
There is no smoking, and linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This unit rents nightly, minimum of 3 nights in season.

Discount of 5% offered for rentals of 7 or more days.

We loved our stay at the beach cottage for our girls weekend! The location by the beach and walkable to restaurants was convenient and the screened in porch was perfect for hanging out for morning coffee, after beach regroup or cocktails. This location was great for our Memorial Day beach weekend. Just steps away from the beach, we were able to enjoy it without having to pile into the car. The Rehoboth boardwalk was also just a short trolley ride away, or you could walk to it on the beach.The cottage was also very clean. Would recommend anyone looking for a simple beach stay!

This was a great little cottage for us to get away from all that's going on in DC. Late March was chilly, but quiet/peaceful. Dogs had a great time on the beach, enough restaurants were open for lots of good options within a short(or very short) walk. The cottage is about as good as you could expect from something that's probably a hundred years old. A few quirks, but no problems. Krista keeps it in good shape, and we enjoyed our inside time as much as our outside time. We'll definitely pick this place again next time we visit Dewey.
