'This property is amazing. We will be sure to look into staying here again. Nice extras like beach towels and body/boogie boards for the kids to use. The unit is bigger than expected. Information on TV use/remotes would have been nice, but that was so minor!

This could be a fabulous condo. The layout is good. The host is great. The dryer vent (and many others in the complex) are jammed with lint and just ready for a fire. The carpet in the bedrooms is really gross with sand and stains. Tub shower curtain is moldy and bathroom exhaust fans full of lint and dust. Main bed lamp not functioning. Beach boards are all broken and the chairs rusted and non functional. There are good Tonka type toys for beach play. The pool at this complex is terrific.

This was our first time to Galveston. Our initial interest in the property was the very reasonable price, but that became secondary when we arrived. It’s right across the street from the beach, next to a Walmart for easy access to groceries and supplies, and had plenty of space. We love going to Pleasure Pier a few minutes down the road for some amusement rides for the teenagers. We will definitely be back.
Beach right across the street.
Pleasure pier one mile down the road. Open 2-10 pm.
Jamaica beach 15 minutes away lets you pull your car right onto the beach.
Loved the sunset.

A perfect short weekend

The condo was perfect in location and amenities. Beach access was a quick walk across the road. Next door was a Walmart and a corner gas station so everything was within walking distance. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful.

The condo was great and the location was fantastic. The only complaint is that the track for the sliding door needs to be cleaned because the door is extremely difficult to open and close. Otherwise it was absolutely fantastic!

This property was PERFECT for our family of 5 with 3 teen boys. It was spotlessly clean, had a stocked kitchen that lacked for nothing (table settings for four and a few chipped plates, so we used paper plates), a working ice maker that makes plenty of ice for 5 large water bottles, plenty of beach towels, enough bedding and tons of space. Easily walkable and extremely close to the beach and a crosswalk right as you leave the gate next to the building. It has been beautifully furnished and it's really lovely. I'm already planning to book again for next summer!

Great Weekend in Galveston

We had a great time! The sliding glass door needs attention. You have to lift and pull to get it open. Other than that nice place. Wish you had an elevator! haha

Almost perfect

This condo is spacious, honestly had everything we needed and then some. The picture from the balcony doesn’t do this place justice, you can see the beach really well. The only issue is the sliding glass door. My 14 year old and my mom could not even open the door which meant if they wanted to go on balcony and we weren’t there or awake yet they had to wait. Hopefully this get fixed since it’s been mentioned before but other than that we loved this condo!

The guy at the check-in desk was very rude, started to give me the wrist bands but ran to the pool for over 30 minutes. We were unable to adjust the thermostat and left a few messages with the host, no reply, so it was HOT. The sliding glass door was off track and very difficult to move, so we had limited time on the patio.

We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry to hear some aspects fell short of your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– Your early check-in request was approved after confirming with housekeeping, and check-in was completed at 2:19 PM. The check-in desk on-site is managed by the HOA, and while no pool-related issues were reported that day, we’ve followed up with them regarding your experience.– The Google Smart thermostat is functioning properly, and guests are free to adjust the temperature to their comfort. Usage during your stay was higher than usual due to the hot weather, and we’ll be posting clear instructions near the thermostat to make it easier to use. During inspection, the patio door was also found to be in working order, and we haven’t received similar concerns from other guests.– We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would've been happy to assist in real-time. We offer two Guest Contacts and always have someone monitoring messages and calls. We didn’t see any outreach in our records. The homeowner takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we’ll continue working together to provide a positive experience for all future visitors.

We were charged a cleaning fee as part of our room charge. Arrived to find a “tip jar” for cleaning staff & notes pinned to the walls, throughout the condo with instructions on how to clean up after ourselves. We also received visitors prior to our check out time, who were the next guests staying in the condo. They were told they could check in early. What??? What a cluster of confusion that turned out to be.

Meets the Basic Needs

We are so close to the beach. The basic necessities for a family and a short stay are here. Pool area is a great. Close to restaurants and grocery. Be aware that this is a 3rd floor condo and requires stair climbing.

Excellent location, easy beach access, two lovely pools on site.

We enjoyed our stay, no complaints on the condo though we spent minimal time there. Both rooms had extremely soft sheets and comfortable mattresses. The only hiccup was that the sliding door to the patio needs repair, it’s very difficult to get open.

Perfect location and property!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was equipped with everything you need, has a beautiful view of the pool and ocean, the property itself is lovely, and we had no issues with check-in. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is more spacious that the pictures portray. We look forward to staying again!

Nice unit, family friendly, convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as listed. Walmart is just across the street so that was very convenient. We did have my parents with us who are in their 70's and the stairs were a bit of a challenge for them, but that was noted in the property description so we were aware ahead of time. Although we did not use the pool, the pool area is very nice and there is a shower to rinse off when you come in from the beach. We appreciated the extra beach towels and boogie board available to use, as well as shampoo/body wash in the showers. One suggestion (and this is because I'm a coffee snob) is to include a Keurig with the kitchen appliances. There is a regular coffee pot, but I actually brought my own Keurig. I did see comments in the guest book about several guests leaving the coffee pot on for extended periods, and that would help with that issue. Nothing fancy, just might be a nice amenity. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

Galveston beach condo

Nice well located beach condo. The 2 pools on the property where very clean and easy to get to. Had a view of the pool and ocean from the balcony of the condo. Condo was clean and the owner provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and a few more handy personal care items. Kitchen is well stocked with a few extras left behind from previous guests. Beach towels provided by owner. There where also boogie boards and other beach toys in the unit which made a day at the beach even better. Great condo for a fun vacation in Galveston.
