Great neighborhood with everything you need close by! Home was fully stocked with items required for a relaxing stay. Pool was a bonus! The host was an excellent communicator and made sure we were good! We will definitely be back!!

Great location off the strip

This is a great place to stay that is off the strip for a family. We enjoyed exploring the outdoors and local restaurants. We purposely looked for a location away from the busy Vegas Strip & we definitely found it. Would stay there again!

A really nice place!

We had a great time at this vacation rental. The house is laid out really well, it’s a lot roomier than the pictures portray. The house was very clean with a well stocked and organized kitchen. The backyard and pool were also very nice, especially in the July heat. Really quiet and safe neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

We came up for a short weekend getaway for sun and seclusion. I have a 15 month old and this place was just perfect! We had the pool heated and it was fantastic and there is a fabulous park within walking distance. Love love love! House was comfortable and communication with John was great.

Great home to explore the Las Vegas area!

The house was perfect for our visit. We visited the 1st week in April and payed to have the pool heated. It was worth it and my kids (ages 9 and 12) loved it. It was easy to get on the highway from the neighborhood, so it was a good location to explore the Las Vegas area. We would stay here again.

Vegas Family Vacation

This home was a perfect home base for our family of 6. The heated pool was enjoyed by all of us. The neighbourhood was quiet and very safe. Kitchen was very well appointed. Communication with the owner was stellar. No complaints at all, highly recommend.

Close to Veterans Service Area

I appreciated finding this rental at the last minute. It was just what we needed. It was well furnished, very clean, and comfortable as well. It was also close to the veterans’ service area where we had appointments, so it worked out well. Thank you!

Just like we were home.

Having lived in Las Vegas, this property was close to golf course, freeways, stores we where we liked shop and I hate to admit it was close to fast food restaurants. We were able to communicate easily with property manager when we had questions. The house was like being at home except we missed our recliners. We would definitely stay again if we plan another extended stay.

Military family move friendly!

We are a dual military family of 5 moving out of Las Vegas and enjoyed the comforts of a home versus a smoke-filled casino hotel stay. This was our first time using a vacation house and plan to do this for all of our military moves! The property manager was accomodating and quickly responded to our needs. We recommend this place for all military families moving in and out of Las Vegas!

Fantastic! Just like being home but with a pool.

We've used HomeAway several times and have always been pleased. This was our family's first time out West and we do not like hotels for extended stays. I was anxious about the trip because we were not familiar with the city but as soon, as we walked in..huge sigh of relief. My family (most important people in my life) was safe and happy here for 10 days. Location was perfect close to resturants, shopping, activities and far enough away from the strip. My husband and I enjoyed getting our miles in walking at the Alianti Nature Park several mornings. The pool was a true blessing on those HOT afternoons. We needed to get the AC temp adjusted to suite our family and the owner was just a message away. The remote/automated system was easily adjusted once he knew our needs. It is my pleasure to recommend this home to any family.

This is a very nice property, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It has numerous amenities, TV's in each room, and a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. The pool was wonderful and a huge plus in the Las Vegas heat. The instructions provided for entrance were excellent. The communications with the property manager were first rate . The few questions we had were addressed very quickly. The house was clean and well maintained, inside and out, with a big refrigerator and gas cooking stove.

She enjoyed the place very much. It had all humanities and it's very close to stores and eating places. It was also just down straight from a casino. The neighborhood was fine. Since I lived in Vegas until 4 years ago, I chose this place specifically for its location. John was extremely easy to work with and the process was painless.

Great getaway with friends

We stayed over Labor Day weekend at this wonderful house. The pictures definitely do not do this house justice! The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The guest bedroom has a PlayStation 2 in it! The den has a twin bed with a trundle and it was a bit squeaky. The living room and dining room were well furnished with a big TV and surround sound. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. The highlight of this house is the pool which we enjoyed every day of our stay. There are outdoor speakers and an umbrella to help make the pool even more fun! We took advantage of the grill and had burgers for lunch one pool day! The neighborhood was nice and quiet although Las Vegas proper is about a 25 minute drive to the strip. That didn’t matter much for us because we booked this home for the pool. It is so close to a Smiths grocery store.
