pickleball courts offer a comfortable playing surface with plenty of room to improve your game. This is a Master planned community with a resort-style of living, and Ave Maria is one of the fastest-growing Master Planned self-sustained communities in America. Most amenities are like a resort pool and tiki bar, and the clubhouse is underway, but the Golf Course is open and running in full swing. The pickleball courts are up and running. You can also enjoy the Ave Maria Community Center for amenities, and National residents are permitted here as we are part of the Ave Maria master-planned community. The property has one garage car, and the other can be parked outside the garage door. If you have more than two cars opposite the garage, public open spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you love walking, you can walk throughout the community, and you will love it. People in Ave Maria are wonderful people and welcome anyone and accept who you are. The benefit of a small town is that you can make a bunch of friends in a short time. The Publix and several restaurants and others are just a mile away.
