Everything was as expected if not better except for just a couple small things that would not prevent me from booking the house again, just a heads up for other guests. The 5th bedroom (with 2 queens) does not have an en-suite bathroom. It’s the guest bathroom for the common areas. Also, the A/C doesn’t quite cool a couple of the bedrooms enough and even with the portable cooling towers in the rooms some of my guests were pretty warm overnight. That said, that wouldn’t prevent them from staying at the property again. The pool was slightly too cool for some and they don’t offer pool heating. Overall, Brenda was a fantastic communicator and the property truly made my 50th feel special.

The host was amazing and quick to respond to any special needs. The house is spacious and comfortable. 5 couples stayed comfortably and had great areas to convene. It’s a great location not far from the Strip. It maybe took 15 minutes or so. The service and the amenities really stood out. It was a memorable time! Thank you Brenda!

House was as described on the website. Everything went smooth. We would definitely consider it in the future if we were in the area with a larger group. We had a total of 10 people, and we had plenty of room. The only small hiccup was check-in process, which we were under the understanding as it was listed on the website at 3 PM. The house was not available until just before 4
