Very family friendly. We booked because it had no stairs and it easy to get around. Liked the game room walk in shower as well. My husband and dog were not able to make the trip but the fenced area would have been great. The only problem I had was the height of the queen beds. Being a short, senior it was tricky. A step stool would have been a great idea.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and plenty of space. Lots of activities at the house and easy walk to beach. Property management was helpful and easy to contact. Would stay here again!

Fun and homey, obviously some family's happy place. A couple glitches at check-in with regard to locks and wi-fi, easily resolved thanks to very responsive realty company.The hot tub was good. I enjoyed it every morning. We had fun with the jigsaw puzzles--didn't really even get to the mini-golf, foosball and bumper pool.Property has a lot going for it and it fit our needs (four couples), but it's showing its age here and there. The main house is very good. Granny's Game Room was harder to maintain good air quality.We made some good memories here.

Family Vacay!

We loved the layout of the house and the game room! It gave everyone a quiet space of their own when they needed it, but also common areas that allowed us to group together as a family for meals and entertainment. Although the pre-check-in indicated we would get starter supplies of various items, there was actually plenty of the items in the rental, so we used very few of our own supplies during our stay. We like the fact that it was a short walk to the beach and appreciated that they had supplies available for guests including chairs and a beach cart. We used the screened-in porch several times during our stay which was quite relaxing, especially during the times it rained. The house was clean in every way other than the floors. They weren't incredibly dirty per se. However, it did seem that they had not been cleaned since the last guests. It wasn't anything that would cause us to not go back and stay again. It was a great house. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much! We would choose this house again when returning to Tybee Island.
