Gorgeous Gulf Views From This Orange Beach Condo on the 11th Floor!
DISCLAIMER: *The Phoenix VI Balcony Handrail Recoating Project will be taking place from 1/5/26 - 3/14/26. Swing stages will be present and there may be a small amount of noise due to pressure washing of balconies during the handrail recoating process.
Phoenix 6 Unit #1104...BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED KITCHEN & BATHROOMS!
Enjoy a relaxing stay at this Phoenix VI beach-front condo with luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout! The owner does an excellent job maintaining and improving her condo every year! This lovely 11th floor unit features two bedrooms and two baths. Both bedrooms have King beds and the living room sofa has a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress. But the best thing about this condo is the fabulous view of Perdido Pass from the balcony! Enjoy all of your meals there while watching the dolphin swim in the gulf right in front of you!
The living room has a large Smart television and a Bose radio/CD player. The Master bedroom has a wall mounted 42 inch television and the second bedroom has a 34 inch television. Wireless internet is provided at no additional charge!
The fully equipped kitchen includes custom cabinets, quartz countertops and a Samsung flat cooktop/oven. There is even a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard drip model! The dining area seats 4 with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter. The balcony dining area seats 4 for you to enjoy while taking in the gorgeous gulf views!
The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a double-door closet. The adjoining bath has a NEW walk-in shower. The vanity area has custom cabinetry and a quartz counter top with double sinks!
The second bedroom has a king size bed and coastal-cottage style furnishings with new plantation shutters on the window! The second bath features a tub/shower, custom vanity with a quartz counter top.
