Great cozy place near the near beach
This place was great. It is in a community of other homes that is real quiet. The home was coxy but very suited for a extended stay. We loved the closeness to the beach, less than a 10 min drive. Owner was great, quickly responding to questions. No concerns. Happy we stayed here.

Check was easy, all done over the phone and web. House is bigger than expected. It was nice and clean. Dweight was easy to get in touch with for the minor issues. Perfect size for two us. We stayed for several months and would go back!

This was our very first renter since the hurricane. I communicated back-and-forth with Steven the renter about anything that was wrong. During their stay, we fix things that needed to be fixed and since that time, I personally have been there and fix the things that needed to be fixed. Stephen was a very good renter. And let me know the things that needed to be addressed.
