Comfortable, Cozy Cottage for Christmas

Loved our stay! Great balance of having everything you need for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience with so many thoughtful touches. Super clean and welcoming, and hope to stay here again!

Cute cottage within walking distance of Mars Hill, short walk on road then becomes sidewalk. All 3 queen beds are comfortable and have high quality cotton sheets. We made two dinners for 6 people during our stay and found the kitchen to be well equipped for this. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our grandkids!

Perfectly Charming!

We loved our stay here. Perfect location and great host that was helpfully and available at all times. This is a very charming and extremely clean and safe location for my family. Can't wait for our next time to stay here! Thank you, Kathy for amazing little house to stay in!

Great location and space!

The cottage was a perfect place to stay while I visited my son at Mars Hill University. Close to everything and easy to walk to. Beds were comfortable and cottage was clean. Owner was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Wonderful clean cottage located close to restaurants and Marrs Hill University.

Wonderful cottage. We came up for a few days to volunteer and it was perfect! Clean, close to dining and Mars Hill University. Access is easy and so was parking. We will be back!

Peaceful wooded hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was IMMACULATE and very well furnished. The host truly thought of everything. It is a short walk to downtown which was very convenient for our visit. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Stay for Family and Dogs

Such a lovely, relaxing stay! Front porch, flowers, pet treats and comfort. Super easy check in and prompt, conscientious communication. My wife and I and three older sisters felt right at home, as did our two small pooches. A short, easy walk to town made this place a convenient gem!
