Nestled in the pines on the outskirts of Greer village and a short walk to the fabulous Greer Lakes, take a walk with your dog or go fishing while waiting for the gang to wake up or while dinner is being made. Play a game of horseshoes while barbequing on the gas grill and make smores in the evening in the campfire pit. Relax on the porch while the youngsters play a game of volleyball. Relax. :)

The house was clean and welcoming. The pellet stove was on when we arrived so it was very cozy. The view out the front windows is beautiful. The only thing we were disappointed about was the jacuzzi. We were under the impression there was a hot tub on the property but it was just a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was as described in the listing.

Went for a wedding all in all it was a good stay upstairs bed was definitely not as comfortable as the downstairs beds. Had to call for. Extra blankets since there were none in the cabin.

The cabin is lovely, well-stocked with necessities, and clean. I think it's great they had plenty of hooks near the front door to hang all your winter gear, smart planning for sure. We would definitely stay here again.

We have owned our property and the 32 acres surrounding us since 1948. The old Greer road, built during horse and buggy times runs through our property. A truly family business--designed & built and managed by the Myrick's for family fun!

Why they chose this property

If you are looking for an 'out in the woods' experience with the comforts of home, look no further! Our 4 cabins are located in the woods & surrounded by many acres of forest--away from the rat race yet only a few minutes into the village for activities or restaurants!

What makes this property unique

Our cabins are a short walk to the 3 Greer Lakes for fishing! Great for reunions, business, church, and school group functions with 4 cabins spread over 2 acres with many acres of forest surrounding them. Make incredible memories around campfires, playing volleyball and horseshoes, walk the dog over to the Greer Lakes & catch a couple trout or crawdads. :) One of my favorite pictures, when my children were little, is when they peeked out from a mini "cave" in the big boulders a short walk up the ridge behind our cabins! Be sure to catch a view of the Greer Lakes while there. Catch the aspens change colors in the fall! Sunrise Ski Park Resort is 15 minutes away for downhill skiing & just down the road are trails for cross country skiing! Or just stay on site & build a snowman in the winter or have snowball fight & sled on our hill.
