The house was perfect! Views of the beach were amazing. Great location for quick access to Pawleys island and Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be back!

Ideal Beach Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was part of a larger family reunion spread across four nearby homes, and this property was the perfect fit. We loved being right on the beach without the crowds, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus. The relaxed, comfortable furnishings matched the vacation vibe perfectly, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed—including an in-house ice maker, which we used constantly. We did experience an A/C issue at the start of our stay, but the management team responded quickly and had it repaired the same day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house, pool, and being on the ocean front! The house is decorated beautifully with ample furniture for a large crew like we had. Plenty of seating for meals, playing games, etc. The location is great for shopping, dining out, and other activities. We hope to stay again in the future!!There were a few maintenance issues, but they did not deter from the good time we had. Buddy from maintenance attended to our issues in a timely manner and was super friendly. We had a wonderful time!!

Starting My Retirement With Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is lovely. The rooms are decorated in keeping with the location. I especially loved the master & the kids room. I chose the room facing the beach. Honestly you can’t go wrong in any of them. There were a few hiccups however I must say they took care of them quickly & very all were everyone was very gracious about it.

November cold water 2025 vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house very much except for the fact that the hot water heater and pool heater went out day 1 of our 4 day vacation. Communication / Service from the property manager was not handled very well. No repairs were made which turned out be an empty propane tank. We had no hot water or pool heat for our entire stay. Other than that, the house is very nice. This unfortunate situation could have been completely avoided if the propane tank would have been checked / filled prior to our arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home, great week with family, in spite of:Pool was never cleaned Sat.-Sat. Elevator button broke Sunday. HVAC main floor went out Sunday night. Previous renters full trash/receptacles on street until Tuesday pick-up. Put ours out Friday (27th) night and only one receptacle emptied when we vacated. Hope second one was emptied eventually for next renters. Sliding door to outside malfunctioned, hard to open and had a greasy substance tracked onto rug unintentionally. All being said, Garden City staff/maintenance were excellent in responding, trying to accommodate issues. Elevator repair was excellent, though temporary fix to button broke again Thursday. HVAC repaired promptly and perfectly. I would recommend Garden City Realty for their professionalism and friendliness and ease of communication including app for entry and rental instructions.
