Beautiful Sea La Vie is a custom built home along the marshfront in the prestigious Charlestowne Grant community in Litchfield By The Sea. You will just LOVE all that this luxury home has to offer! The peacefulness of the marsh, watching nature all day long and ending your day with the most beautiful sunsets. Catch a glimpse of the ocean from the front deck and just a few minute walk to the private Litchfield Beach. This home has the best of both worlds where you can enjoy the marsh and the beach!
The house offers 5 ensuite bedrooms all with luxury baths. The spacious primary suite on the first floor is a bit of an oasis offering a walk-in closet, beautifully updated bath with double vanity and walk-in rain shower and walk out access to a marsh front screened porch.
The open floor plan on the 2nd floor makes it great for family to gather and for entertaining. The spacious kitchen features a large island, smooth surface cooktop, a wall oven with built in microwave and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen opens up to the dining room featuring a large table that seats 10 people comfortably. The living room is cozy with a gas fireplace and is fully stocked with games and puzzles to entertain all ages. Enjoy the floor to ceiling views of the marsh from the living and dining room as well as a large covered back deck that spans the entire marshside of the home.
This home has a stunning patio out back where you can grill or relax in the lounge chairs surrounded by the beautiful landscape and views.
The garage level has 2 outdoor showers, various beach games and gear and is equipped with a charger for an electric car. Help yourself to the bikes and enjoy a ride along the many sidewalks and bike trails throughout Pawleys Island.
Each floor is accessible with stairs or the elevator.

Kitchen had every amenity you could want or need. Dual coffee makers to get us going, and center island with a cooktop to chat at while we made breakfast plus easy to use appliances to make clean up a breeze. The 3rd floor porch off the kitchen and family room was the centerpiece of he house with beautiful views of the marsh, sunrise and sunsets. It had plenty of seating to accommodate a party of 10. The property was immaculate.

After years of vacationing at LBTS, we outgrew some of the other accommodations and graduated to a larger home. We loved staying at this beautiful beach home, which perfectly accommodated our family of eight. Beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and comfortable beds. We spent our mornings and evenings on the back porch enjoying the marsh views and the beautiful sunsets! The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. We can't wait to go back!

Just What We All Needed

What an amazing place! We ranged in age from 17 to 83, had plenty of room, and enjoyed mornings and evenings on the back porch tracking the sights and sounds of the marsh. We rode bikes through the neighborhood and down to Huntington Beach State Park and loved quick walks over to the beach. The elevator was very helpful in moving people and supplies.

We stayed in this very nice home for our daughter’s wedding. Check in was effortless and communication with the owner was easy. Location is great, on the marsh with amazing views and a very short walk to the beach. Lots of birds in the marsh including a few hawks and a bald eagle. The elevator was very much appreciated by everyone. The home is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
