Loved our stay in this charming home. Our hosts were very accommodating. Any issues were quickly addressed and resolved. The only tricky part was the busy intersection outside the house that made it challenging at times to get in and out of the driveway. The home also has steep stairs outside the home so it's not handicap accessible but that was not an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this cute stay with others.

The house suited us quite well and was comfortable to sleep in. Some traffic noise was audible, but mostly it was nice and quiet. The steps could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. We loved the location!

My wife Josefina and I grew up in the area and are both very fond of the Waltham because of the many amenities, area attractions, and proximity to Boston/Cambridge/Somerville and surrounding areas.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is super convenient to the highway (minutes to rt. 95, rt. 90, and rt. 2) and is a short drive to Brandeis and Bently Universities, dozens of restaurants on world famous Moody Street, and even walking distance to shopping and several other restaurants!

What makes this property unique

Not only are the details of the house charming because of its 115-year-old character, but the yard is set up for relaxation and includes a gas grill, several chaise lounge chairs, a new gazebo, and plenty of plants and shrubs for added beauty and privacy from neighbors.
