The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Dispose of trash in the bins at the front of the house. Please DO NOT put trash in the recycling bins, as it wouldn’t get picked up.
If possible (not required), please start a load of laundry with the used towels. This will be super helpful for our cleaner!
Please ensure the grill is cleaned if you used it during your stay. It helps us keep everything in great shape for the next guests.  Check out time is by 10AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING is allowed on the property (including front and back porches, and backyard). A violation of this policy will result in a $300 penalty fee.
No pets allowed. Quiet hours: 9pm - 7am No unauthorized guests, visitors or parties of any kind.
Shoes off are encouraged to reduce noise for our first floor neighbor. The backyard in the property is NOT available during the winter (Dec-Mar).
