Located at the heart of the River District in downtown Fort Myers, the River District - is a lively urban & new revitalized area that has kept its old Florida charm. Within walking distance of Oasis is dazzling downtown which is very quaint. These lamp-lit streets are lined with restored 1920's Mediterranean revival buildings that now house attractive restaurants, cafes, shops, museums and galleries. This fully furnished unit sleeps 2, and is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. The living room has a great view of the river and surrounding properties, with comfortable and clean furnishings. Our master suite, has a comfortable bed, access to the balcony and also provides you wonderful views from the 14th floor. The master bathroom has a large jetted soaking tub, walk in shower and double sinks. Boasting a modern granite kitchen, stainless steel appliance package, river views and more, these desirable properties do not last long.

This condo was perfect for us. It was well equipped, the view was awesome, the pool and fitness center was excellent. The parking spot was secure and easy to access. They recently added a large TV and new patio furniture and that worked great for us. Minor maintenance issues were addressed the same day. Julia, the property manager, did a superb job and was very responsive. The trolley was very convenient and the location of this condo to the downtown part of the River District and the Publix was a big plus. We loved the area and felt very safe.
