This is a beautiful property with a fabulous view. It was very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of space to gather. We enjoyed our week there and hope to return!!

The place and location were amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was cell service with regards to telephone calls. The reception was not great. Loved the house and all of its amenities!

Awesome location

For a week that was very busy/stressful for wedding events, it was so nice to have this beautiful spot to lay our head down, spend time on the beach and dipping in the pool. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic girl’s weekend

Great property with wonderful ocean views- we had a group of 7 women and it was such a relaxing stay - quiet with enough space for individual and group time. This was perfect for a relaxing low key weekend

My wife’s birthday getaway

What a great house. The beds were amazing Temperpedic mattress should I say more. Links golf course was great. Beach no crowds wonderful. So quiet and peaceful. Would stay there again in a minute.

Graduation Weekend

Our family was in Charleston for our son’s CofC graduation. The home was amazing. Accommodations were perfect. Beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. Kitchen was well equipped and excellent for family meals. Great common areas and excellent room suites. Highly recommend the property.

Fabulous views

The house was amazing!! We loved our stay!! The only downfall I would say is the TV situation there’s none in the bedrooms and hard to work the one I the front room but other than that no other complaints

Great stay in July

The house is great! Would recommend! Beach access is about 15 houses down and then across the golf course and dunes. House is right near the pool. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Family Vacay

Great time with the family and a beautiful home. It was what we expected. Clean, 5 minute walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen. Wish there had been a bigger TV in the family room.

Mini family reunion

My fam of siblings ages 60 to 80 got together for a short reunion. We all fell in love with the house, the location and the view. We spent lots of time chatting on the veranda, cooking and even anticipating Hurricane Milton. Everything was lovely, and we are hoping to return.

As advertised

Property was clean and in a great location. Plenty of space for a large group. My guess is that it is primarily a week long rental which is why limited supplies are provided. We only rented for 4 nights so it was a little inconvenient to have to buy soaps, toilet paper, etc. I was also surprised the house didn’t include one hair dryer. The rental company did communicate what would and wouldn’t be provided so we knew before we got there; it just required some extra planning .

I owned a house for 15 years at IOP so aware of the properties and what to expect since I sold and now will be renting. Your property was as promised except the one bedroom, and a twin bedroom I did not expect, was on the ground level. My home too built out on the ground level and ran a dehumidifier as you are. I just think that should be clear. Linens, sheets and beds were great but the kitchen was unorganized and I felt I had to wash all the glasses. I put everything together and organized the kitchen where all same dishes and utensils were with each other and easy to find. Well equipped kitchen. We had a great time and I would recommend your property and rent again.

The home was beautiful and plenty of room to spread out. Was a little disappointed, for the price, the house did not have liquid handsoap, garbage bags, paper towels and beach towels. I was able to reach out and get more garbage bags, but had to pay extra for beach towels. Home was very close to the pool, but a bit of a walk to the beach. Overall, we were happy with the home and loved the area.

Although this is not the responsibility of the owner, the managament company totally dropped the ball on the easiest point of the guest experience.The gate code to get into the property was wrong. We had to call the management co after a long day of travel and wait for them to call back to give us the correct gate code.Then the door code was wrong. Again a call, then walked to the back of the house and the door code worked.You would think that a mgmt company would at least be able to get this correct on the paperwork and instructions.
