I live in Maryville, TN only 20 minutes from the lake house. If you need me, I will be able to help quickly. Hosting has been a really fun new undertaking. Getting to know new people and let them experience the beauty of our area of the country has been very rewarding.

Once you see the view, you'll know why we love this home. It's remote and scenic, but you are within driving distance to everything you could want. You'll be 3 miles from the Foothills Parkway, 10 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park, 14 miles to the Knoxville Airport, 19 mile to Townsend, or 20 mile scenic drive to the "Tail of the Dragon.
What makes this property unique
It's all about that view! If you love being by the water, you'll love this cozy home. Our private lake does not allow gas motors, so no loud boats or high wakes splashing. Just the peace and serenity of the Smoky Mountains.
