Happy Valley Mountain Getaway!

Are you ready for a vacation that includes biking, hiking, or just relaxing and unplugged? Then we have the dream vacation home for you. Single family home (4 bedroom, 3 full bath) with a sun-room (sleeps 10) on 100 acre farm. Natural creek to enjoy the sounds of spring and summer. House is fully furnished with linens, cookware , towels, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fire pit, and fire place!

House is 2 stories:
Master Bedroom - king bed (no TV) is on the 1st floor
Master bathroom - 2 sink vanity with tub/shower (full bathroom) is on the 1st floor
Bedroom #2 - 1 twin bed, 1 full bed (TV with XBox) is on the 1st floor
Bathroom # 2- full bathroom with shower/tub combo
Bedroom #3- queen bed (no TV) is on the 2nd floor
Bedroom #4 - queen bed (no TV) is on the 2nd floor
Bathroom #3- full bathroom with shower/tub combo is on the 2nd floor
Sunroom with full size futon and games on the 1st floor.

The Dragon is about 10 miles away, 13 miles to Maryville, and Top of the World and Abrams Creek are both within 5 miles.

This family farm has been in the family for over 100 years, this is our family homestead. The home site held the 1st original store and post office in Happy Valley TN. My great great Grandfather was the 1st Post Master in the area. I LOVE this home and area, please enjoy the time away.
