The deck, outside view, and kitchen were the highlights of the property. Unfortunately the floors were very filthy, and a lot of the walls are banged up and dingy. The basement bathroom had hair on the floor and the floor was not clean either. I did let the host know and she mentioned she would get with the cleaners. I would also say leaving a tip jar on the counter is in poor taste especially with the unclean conditions and with a hefty cleaning fee already charged.

We first heard about it around 8 PM on the last night of the stay. Had we known sooner, we would have sent our cleaners back right away. We’ve since gone over the turnover checklist with our team, with extra focus on floors and bathrooms. For future guests: we check in on the first full day of every stay. If anything isn’t right, message us and we’ll take care of it quickly.

Perfect Property

This home was perfect for our family trip to the Dells, with a comfortable private bedroom and bath for mom and dad upstairs, and a separate downstairs "retreat" for the kids - two bedrooms, additioonal bath, and playroom. Lots of space for everyone to spread out! The area is quiet, beautiful and full of nature, and the host Lashan was a breeze and delight to deal with.

First Family Getaway

This was our first roadtrip with our little ones and their cousins, ages ranged from 15 years old to six months. The property had everything we needed. We didn’t have to pack our own pack and play. Everything was as advertised: close to downtown but private and scenic location. Our kids got to wake up to nature out the back window every morning. They enjoyed the peacefulness away from the bustle of suburbia. We will definitely be returning.
