Nice cozy house very close to all the attractions on Broadway of Wisc Dells. Some great trails to walk near by as well. Host was very quick with responses to all questions. Most definitely will look for availability when we come back to the area!

What was really nice as they had soap ,shampoos ,games ,cleaners ,garbage bags ,dishwashing soap etc.It had all utensils pans everything that you could possibly need to have a wonderful vacation and not worry about not having anything to cook with and they have a gas grill.

Originally given wrong code to access property, but that was resolved quickly with host. There was a dirty rag on counter upon entry, significantly stained carpeting, items from previous guests discovered during stay, and general maintenance issues (light bulbs, loose tp holder, under-counter lighting detached, etc) The upstairs shower leaked into the bedroom below within the first couple minutes of showering. Plumber was sent out to look at it and reported leak from overflow that couldn’t be fixed until next week. We were told to only use the shower, however we refrained from that, as that is what caused the leak. That left one shower for 4 adults and 3 children- not optimal and very inconvenient. Having 2 bathroom facilities was the main reason we chose this property. The furniture was less than comfortable and very worn. The neighbors barking dog was also a nuisance. As owners of vacation rentals, we see the potential here, but unfortunately, this property fell short on our expectations. We were pleased with the location of this property and the proximity to local attractions. It also provided the sleeping space we required.

We intentionally price this home competitively because we know some features, such as the furniture and carpeting, are older. While the carpets have stains from previous guests, they are professionally cleaned regularly. Regarding the shower, this was an unexpected issue that first occurred during your stay. As soon as we were notified, we immediately arranged for a plumber to come out. The plumber determined the leak was related to the bathtub overflow and advised that showers could still be used safely as long as the water level did not rise above the overflow. Unfortunately, the permanent repair could not be completed until the following week due to scheduling. As for the entry code, the corrected access code was sent early that morning, well before your scheduled 4:00 PM check-in, so you had the correct information prior to arrival. We appreciate you pointing out the maintenance items, as they help us continue improving the property. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
