Experience the best of both worlds: the tranquil beauty of the Hill Country, with the lively charm of downtown Austin only a short drive away. Relax, unwind, and enjoy it all! This beautiful property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, and an extremely comfortable sofa bed, we add a 3-inch foam topper and it feels like a regular bed (no sliding into the middle or feeling bars). We have 3 newly remodeled bathrooms equipped with showers and/or tubs, hair dryers, and all the soap, shampoo, and conditioner you need! Guests will feel right at home. Experience what Austin and the hill country have to offer!. We are so happy to host you! :)

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please cover ping pong table when not in use and if it rains. Also store cornhole under over hang if it rains.
On Sundays. Please Take trash bins out to curb for pickup on Monday mornings.
When you leave, Set thermostat to 76 during summer and 68 during winter months
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
