DIRECT STREAM FRONT Mountain Tiny Home


With a farmhouse vibe and direct stream front... "Penny Lane" tiny cabin will surely not disappoint. We are 30 miles from Asheville,NC and also Johnson City,TN for endless nightlife,restaurants & breweries. Catering to the outdoor enthusiasts with amazing hiking, white waterafting/tubing,ziplining, waterfalls, rivers, fishing and snow skiing/tubing practically at your doorstep. OR just stay back,relax with your favorite beverage and tunes on your deck or by a bonfire.
The space
Adorable tiny farmhouse style shabin with deck overlooking bold stream. Not recommended for people over 6ft due to the low ceilings in kitchen and bath area.
We...the owners do live next door. We totally respect your privacy but also are here for you should you need anything.
PLEASE LOOK AT OUR OUTSTANDING REVIEWS ON ALL FOUR OF OUR OTHER RENTALS!!
Other things to note
*****Linens and Towels.......
If you would like to bring your own bed linens and towels please just let us know ATLEAST one week prior to your arrival and we will be happy to deduct $20 from the cleaning fee charge.

PET /SMOKING POLICY
We love dogs and responsible pet owners!! We do welcome one well behaved, non disruptive potty trained pet for a $30 fee. The fee is not implemented to clean up after your pet inside or outside the rental. If your pet is a shedder please let me know and i will provide you with vacuum to clean up any excess hair. Your pet cannot be left alone unattended in the rental at ANYTIME unless crated.

We do allow smoking on deck of rental but absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING WEED inside.

The kitchen in the tiny home does not have a oven. Please plan your meals accordingly to what we provide. thank you

Failure to comply to both house rules will result in the forfeiting of part or all of your security deposit.

So cute and cozy!

Stayed at this property for a weekend of skiing at Hatley Pointe. The cabin was easy to find, very clean, and perfect for a weekend getaway! The property manager was so sweet and easy to reach. I would highly recommend this property and will be returning for our mountain stays!

Stayed a few nights with a bud while exploring the nearby snowboarding at Hatley Pointe and Beech Mountain. Great affordable place to stay, one bed, all the necessary amenities for a few nights. I’d come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was amazing. The perfect peaceful mountain getaway. The host was very easy to communicate with and very thoughtful. Overall a great time!

I could sit on the porch forever. There is a wonderful bubbling stream 10 yards in front of the tiny home which is nestled at the foot of a mountain ridge and surrounded by old growth trees. Nearby Erwin provides easy-to-get-to groceries and supplies as well as The Groovy Smoothie. Just 15 minutes across the North Carolina border you find Mars Hill which has some very nice restaurants. The tiny home was just as advertised. The host, Jennifer, made sure I was content throughout the stay.
