Contemporary new 2-bedroom house in Greenwood area, Seattle with WiFi, AC
Modern and brand new house, fully furnished with West Elm/Article/ etc furniture and gorgeous finishes. This is my house from May through October, but I'm away from November through May. Custom blinds, electric fireplace, Smart TV, Sonos system, Toto washlet in primary bathroom, all new appliances. Enjoy a clean, comfortable experience at this centrally-located place.
Sweet neighborhood centrally located near Greenwood shopping district with easy access to everything and easy street parking. New Trader Joe's is 4 block away.

I'm super needed. Anyway, I lease out my house when I'm not in Seattle and I'm particular who my guests are. It's furnished for my home, not as just a rental.

This neighborhood is great! Close to Ballard, Fremont, the university and Greenlake. Easy to get downtown, though I'm seldom there except for the Market.
