Excellent stay! Great location, very clean condo and easy communication with the host. Loved the windows looking out on the lake from the living room and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

The location was excellent for our trip plans. The unit was comfortable, especially the beds if you like a firm bed. Our only complaint was the inability to use the outlets for charging devices. We found the bathrooms had working outlets. Overall, a good experience. Thank You! We had a great time!

Stayed in the unit for 10 days. My rating of excellent is due to everything you get plus location for the value. One room at the Marriott will cost you more. The unit is partially remodeled and has all you need. If you are a coffee snob bring your own and use the french press. Abraham is a good host, I had a dead battery in the front door lock and he quickly ran over and installed some new batteries. The AC in the front room does an adequate job but here is a hint - if you want cool close the blinds and switch from Auto to Cool, if you want hot switch to Heat and adjust to desired temp. There is a nice local grocery next door with an incredible wine selection. We ate mostly in the unit but also dined at Daniel’s Broiler one night.

Plenty of room for 2 couples. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I had to message host for door code less than 24 hrs before checking in. Though he was very quick to respond to any inquiries.

Joyce’s condo was perfect for our first visit to Parksville. Super clean, quiet, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great views while relaxing on the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We had a wonderful time, and our visit was much too short. We hope to return someday.

Abraham was super responsive whenever I had questions. This is by far the best place and location to stay when in Seattle. Far enough away from downtown that you can enjoy the calmness but close enough where you can go downtown and enjoy Pikes Market. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this B&B! The property was charming, comfortable, and overall a wonderful place to relax. We did run into a few minor issues during our stay, but the owner was incredibly responsive and addressed everything quickly, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!
