Great place and location, old appliances and worn out pans were not so great. The plumbing was a bit sketchy in the big bedroom, the water took forever to heat and the shower control did not adjust the temperature very well. Beautiful place enjoyed our stay
Very nice apartment, the kitchen could use a few more supplies. Hand mixer, larger pot, only one small casserole dish available, cookie sheet ect. We weren’t able to make Thanksgiving because of this
The check-in/check-out process was easy. The unit was very spacious, bright and clean. There were plenty of amenities, including a laundry room inside of the unit. I liked that it was upstairs but below was the garage, so I didn't have to worry about noise. The stairs leading up to the unit are quite steep, which is something to keep in mind if you have a heavy suitcase. I would definitely stay again. I felt that it was a great value for the area/location. The beds were very comfortable and it was a relaxing stay.

Some things needed upgrading & repair. Stairs are dangerous for senior citizens like us.
Absolutely beautiful area! The apartment was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of extras! It is upstairs, so be prepared for that. Excellent location for our family, close to the area of my conference. Less than a 10 minute drive to Fashion Island and the Pendry Hotel. Plenty of shops and food close. The beds were comfortable, we all slept well. Nice to have parking.
It was perfect for our business stay in OC. Very familiar with CDM and it was a great location. Nice & quiet. Would recommend for couples stay or adults.
We loved our stay! Fantastic location, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Quick drive to beaches. Maybe house itself is much larger than anticipated and very comfortable!
Great place to stay when you want to explore Corina Del Mar. lovely quiet neighborhoods east to walk to shops, food and beach. It was comfortable in clean except for a few things being a little bit dated.

Very cute place in a charming neighborhood . Close to shops, restaurants, and pharmacies. Appliances were dated but worked fine. Could have used an ironing board but I’d book again if travels brought me back. Comfy beds!!
The unit was well-equipped, clean and quiet. It is a little difficult to find if you arrive in the dark. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. There is a large heavy coffee table in front of the sofa that you can not move so the pull out is useless.
Poor communication from company running this for our host. Required several phone calls because zero emails received in anticipation of our arrival. I asked for a ONE
We loved this apartment. We were visiting friends in Newport Beach. Corona Del Mar has great walking in all directions with lovely houses and gardens. We walked to the ocean, to stores and restaurants. On a quiet dead-end street not far from the Goldenrod Footbridge, the unit was full of light with a small outdoor area on the balcony good for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Kitchen and baths need some updating but for the most part the rooms were stylish and comfortable. Street parking was scarce and it was tricky to park in the back of the property. There is a steep stairway up to the apartment. Not good for anyone who has walking issues.
It was not disclosed that this property did not have air conditioning. The management wanted us to read the instructions and figure out how to set up a unit with some type of hose. The fan did not even work in the unit. The furniture was discolored. I am filing a formal complaint.
Amazing location, but the communication needs improvement.
I stayed here with my friend after spending the first three days at a conference in Orange County. The location was great and the house was clean. Unfortunately, the communication with the property manager was not easy. First, we could not get a hold of them as the GPS took us to a different location. I thought it was us, but a friend who later came to pick us up also ended up driving to a different location.
There was no instructions for using the TV or turning on the fireplace. We contacted them, but again, we didn't hear anything from them. On the second day of our stay, I noticed that the bathroom drainage needed to be fixed as the water would not go down. I contacted them and they finally replied the next day and said they would send a plumber.
Another point that needs to be highlighted on the website is that the place is situated on the second floor. The outdoor stairs can become problematic if you are carrying a heavy suitcase or you have mobility issues. My girlfriend and I had to carry one suitcase together and we found it a bit dangerous as the stairs were slippery due to the rain from the night before.
Given that this is a new listing, I'm pretty sure that these issues will be resolved for future guests.
