The home offers 5 unique outdoor areas and a unique floor plan. The first level consists of a grand entrance with a Dutch door and a bedroom en-suite opening to a large sunlit patio. The secondary bedroom, guest bathroom, and main living areas are located on the second level among a living room with fireplace and generous balcony; a spacious kitchen with ample cabinetry, granite counters, double oven, built-in microwave and refrigerator and viewing balcony. French doors from the dining area lead to the large deck, perfect for enjoying meals and hanging out. The third floor encompasses the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom featuring a bath tub, separate shower, and dual sinks with a vanity. A huge deck with an outdoor fireplace is located off of the master suite with guest access from the stair-top. The property includes full access to WIFI and cable TV. - Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

-Master bedroom fireplace does not work.

-Master bedroom tub jets do not work
