The Space:

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 8-person home can accommodate any group whether you’re traveling as friends, family, or a romantic couple’s getaway. Soak up all the Arizona sun you can on the back patio equipped with chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas.



When you need to cool down, take a swim in the refreshing pool and let the warm breeze dry you off. A shaded pergola with outdoor sofa seating allows you to stay close to the action while protecting you from the elements and is the ideal spot to get started on that vacation reading list. The home puts you in a prime location to take advantage of all local Phoenix attractions such as dining, shopping, and a vibrant night scene. Downtown Glendale is also just a short 15-minute drive away offering even more to see and do.



The interior of the home has been carefully furnished to ensure your ultimate relaxation. Plush and inviting living room seating welcomes you to take a peaceful afternoon nap or gather the group together for an evening of entertainment on the smart TV. A generous dining room table can seat 10 for formal meals or play host to a rousing game of cards. The spacious kitchen has enough room for a crowd to prepare delicious home cooked meals or a spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres. Fully equipped with all standard appliances, you’ll also find a Keurig coffee maker with dual drip and single-serve function as well as ample cookware and dinnerware for all your dining needs.



For a little friendly competition, the garage has been converted into a game room equipped with a pool table, sofa, and refrigerator. Stay cool and in comfort while you challenge each other to a friendly game of nine-ball.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room:



- Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, direct patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

- Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include a full size bed.

- Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed.



The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
