BEWARE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.I give this rental 1 . It’s a beautiful location ruined by a total invasion of privacy and unfair charges for broken furniture.While Flagstaff is an incredible place to visit, do yourself a favor and avoid this property and this property management company at all costs. The local scenery is the only positive thing this listing has going for it. Shortly after checking out, the management company hit us with an outrageous damage fee for a couch that was already broken! When we arrived they had literally used a table and stacked bricks underneath the couch to prop it up. They knew exactly what kind of shape it was in, yet tried to blame us for it. They have outdoor security cameras that actively record your private audio conversations, alongside an invasive indoor camera. When we disputed the couch fee, they actually tried to use their audio and video recordings as "evidence" against us. At first they refused to provide such “evidence” and VRBO left us to fight this claim on my own. The actual problem? The footage and audio didn't support their claim at all. It is deeply disturbing that they are actively spying on guests and hearing private conversations. Save your money and protect your privacy!
