The pool was nice. WIFI signal was good. Location near to restaurants in Islote, Arecibo and to the unique swimming area of La Poza del Obispo were pluses for this property location. Property owners were detailed in their consideration of amenities that many properties do not include such as mosquito repellent, games for children. a well stocked kitchen, and pool toys without creating clutter. We stayed in the ground floor villa. Very good value for 4 bedrooms. The property is very new, up to date, and extremely clean. There was only one guest stay prior to us according to the contractor. There were some issues with the hot water not being hooked up properly throughout the house during construction. The property manager, Valarie, was very responsive to the lack of hot water and a contractor come out the next day to fix it (on Christmas Eve). Unfortunately , he was only able to get one of the two showers to dispense hot water as there was major issues with the connection of the hot water heater to the power supply.. We had only one shower between the three of us for the 6 night stay. This strikes me as something that should have been discovered before our arrival as a part of a punch list for new construction, The property manager was very kind to allow us a late check out.I would definitely stay there again but I would inquire if hot water was available throughout the house first..Love the neon art pieces!!
