Charming & Trendy Loft just 10 min to downtown, 15 min to airport & 8 min Opryland. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in East Nashville, yet walkable to some favorite bars/food & just 6 blocks to Kroger. Natural light, desk for remote workers, comfy beds & plenty of pillows for a cozy stay!

*This is Upstairs level of our home, totally private w separate entrance & control of separate central heat/air.
*NOT a full kitchen - microwave, coffee, fridge

Amenities - AT&T Fiber Wifi, Smart TV w Hulu/Amazon/Netflix, microwave, mini fridge, and Kuerig Coffee station. No worries if you forget your toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, soap and blower dryer are all available. Central Heat & Air that YOU control.

Parking: the gravel drive-way is all yours!

Nearby: Just a few blocks to Inglewood Lounge (chill cocktail lounge/great food), El Fuego (best Mexican w epic outdoor area) & Roy's Tavern (sports bar). Only 6 blocks to Kroger & 3 minutes to Riverside Village (Mitchell's Deli, Dose Coffee, Village Pub).

The downstairs of this home is completely separate with a different entrance, this is where my husband, son and I live. We do ask that you be respectful of noise level and try not to be heavy footed. However this is an older home so we expect some noise and aren't picky.

What a gem! Perfect for our one day in Nashville. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Absolutely beautiful neighborhood. Off-street parking is always a bonus. Quiet and private even though this is an upstairs apartment in an owner occupied house. Beds were comfy and shower was perfect. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was clean, well air conditioned and comfortable. One bedroom had 2 beds, the other one bed. There was no kitchen to cook in. The small refrigerator and microwave serviced is just fine. There are 2 supermarkets to buy food and store in the small frig. We managed just fine. We parked our car right up to the stairway that lead into the apartment. Al in all it was a relaxing 4 days.

Overall, a nice place and a good value for the money. A good location for us. Good coffee selection but no creamer. There were two or three small things that could’ve been done easily to make our stay better, like lamps that work, and a bedside table in each bedroom. An unsightly large plant in the living room. A slight lack of communication about checkout procedures. Minor things for sure, but small things matter.
