Quiet Area of Wilmington, Easy Access and ample parking. House is on a corner lot.
Pets are permitted BUT ABSOLUTLEY no pets on beds or furniture.
This home has had a complete remodel just prior to becoming this Short term stay.

Make sure hot tub is covered and temp is turned down 82 turn off jets
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lodging for World Equestrian Center-April 2025

Very good location to operate out of for the horse show. Charming old home on nice corner lot with fenced in area for pups. Would have been nice to know that this property contains 2 units. I was under impression we had the entire house. We made it work though. Property mgr is very nice. Addresses issues quickly but it is best to communicate directly with him via cell. Property is listed on multiple sites & though I tried to change our arrival date many times on VRBO, it never got updated & I ended paying for 1extra day
