Sunshine and white sandy beaches, SeaSpray and Perdido Key are absolutely the best places to enjoy your beach time! We are located in the perfect spot - low crowds, but a short ride to pretty much anything you want or need. Boating from our marina, beaching from the Gulf, and cooling off in one of 3 pools, SeaSpray is the perfect location for your beach vacation.

I had a lovely quiet getaway for the Labor Day weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view and all the amenities needed. I loved the decor. The condo was in a great location, not too crowded with a family friendly atmosphere. The only challenge with the condo is stepping in and out of the deep soaker tubs when showering (for someone short or handicapped it would be a real issue).

The condo is very nice, but if you have mobility issues, the Master en-suite bathtub will be very hard for you to use. You have to step over a tall tub that also has a wide lip on it which you have to set on and try to swing your legs over the faucets to get in and out of. Also the humidifier that ran constantly in the living room was very noisy and made it difficult to carry on conversations without raising your voices. It could be heard in the bedrooms. Other than those two issues, it was a very nice condo.
