The space
Welcome to your newly designed guest suite, nestled on the private ground level of a larger main residence. We understand the importance of a peaceful stay, which is why extra consideration in engineering has been made to ensure minimal sound interference from the unit above, offering you the utmost tranquility and comfort.

With its own private entry, the suite offers complete privacy and no shared spaces with the main residence. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the property is conveniently situated between downtown Santa Barbara and Goleta/UCSB, each less than a 10-minute drive away. Enjoy scenic ocean and island views from the elevated location.

Inside, you'll find high-speed WiFi, an RO water filtration system, Sonos sound system and three Smart TVs. The suite features two full beds and a king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything from the basics to gourmet cooking tools. Outside, the patio deck offers cozy couches around a fire pit and a bistro table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings.

Note: There are two homes at this address. Your VRBO will be located on the lower (ground) level of the large brown house.

Parking: There are off street parking spaces for two vehicles. There will be two orange cones that will mark the off-street parking spots assigned to you. Please be sure not to block the driveway garage door access. If more parking is needed, there is ample parking on the street.

There are two steps to enter the home.

ACCESS KEY CODE: The front door has a keypad entry (keyless).

Instructions for keypad:

1. Press anywhere on the black screen to get started
2. You will see two numbers pop on the screen, press them. Note: They will be different each time.
3. Then you will be able to punch in the code. (No need to press the check mark or lock button)

It will automatically unlock after the 4 digit code.

To lock the door, simply tap the screen and press the Lock button.
Other things to note
Please note the home is set on the 1st floor, with 2 steps up to the front door. Single level once you are inside.

While we love our furry friends, due to host's personal health issues, we are unable to accommodate animals of any kind.

Any additional guests more than the maximum of 6, there will be an additional charge of $149 per night, per guest.
