It's great location in Santa Barbara. It is cozy and fits my family's needs. My kids loved the pool and the features (fountain, hot tub, pool toys, etc.). It also appears to be in the middle of minor cosmetic upgrades but overall it did not inconvenience us at all. We would stay here again when in town.

Warm & Hospitable Host

We had a great stay! The home was perfect for our family—clean, spacious, and the pool was a highlight. The host was very hospitable and responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket with essentials and treats. The only downside was that the fire pit, which was advertised, wasn’t operational during our visit. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

I rented this for my family to stay in since we had too much family to all stay at my house for thanksgiving. So I did not stay there, but spent an afternoon hanging out by the pool. I am mostly conveying what my family told me. This place was great. The kitchen was well equipped with spices. There were plenty of towels and bedding. The owner was responsive and available by phone for questions.David
