'Toes in the Sand' is located in the WEST TOWER, the MOST CONVENIENT tower at the resort; it is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH AND ACROSS THE STREET FROM PIER PARK.

2209 WEST is located on the outside corner of the WEST Tower on the twenty second floor of CALYPSO RESORT. We love this unit because of the fabulous panoramic, unobstructed beach, ocean and Pier views with magnificent sunsets! There is no pool or street noise....Very quiet and peaceful.

This unit feels BRAND NEW with clean tile flooring throughout the unit. The LIVING area has a sofa sleeper, 2 comfortable chairs, ottoman and large flat screen smart TV. The sliding glass door and windows behind the sofa allow for a spectacular view of the ocean and beach. We've also stocked the tv armoire with cards, games, books, movies, and linens for the pullout sofa.

Quality appointments in the kitchen include granite counter tops in the kitchen...Keurig or regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven and microwave. Up to date cookware for the cook in your family is provided. The double sided refrigerator provides ice, water and storage for ice.

The dining area comfortably seats six with five bar stools at the breakfast bar. The large dining table can accommodate a wonderful meal or a place for games or projects! The unobstructed western view makes it a dining area you don't want to leave.

The Master bedroom suite features a king size bed, sliding doorway to the balcony, & flat screen smart TV. The large bathroom with spacious walk-in closet offers an oversize soaking tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and a private water closet.

Bedroom #2 (almost a second master) features a Queen bed, wonderful Western exposure/ocean views, 32" flat screen smart tv, and connecting private bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes ONE FULL & ONE TWIN bed, flat screen television, and another connecting, full private bath with tub/shower. Great for kids, large and small, as well as couples or girls' trips. PORTA CRIB INCLUDED!!! Also, this is great for the golf trips so many guys enjoy down here.

The balcony has NEW FURNITURE.... chaise lounge, 4 chairs, and 3 tables. This is a great place to watch the amazing sunsets over the Pier.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Our water heater is state of the art...we never run out of hot water, no matter how many guests are getting ready! Our I packet internet service is fast and reliable.

We provide BEACH SERVICE (March 10 to Oct. 31) of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella are set up for your use everyday of your stay. Simply go to the beach service hut at the bottom of the stairs to the beach and the guys will set you up. Same place every day unless you want to move your chairs...and they will do that!

We also provide a couple of reclining-type beach chairs in the unit for your use during your stay. And while this is not full 'Beach Service' it does allow you to sit closer to the water, have more 'elbow room' / privacy and just relax at your own time table. Sit back and enjoy those fabulous sunsets!
Note: Beach Service lounge cushions and umbrellas are picked up between 4:30 - 5:00 p.m.

This Caribbean influenced resort is in the family friendly west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a tropical beverage from the resort's Tiki bar surrounded by the two Gulf front, lagoon style pools with tropical landscaping. There are 2 tropical pools (East pool is heated) that have lush landscaping overlooking the beach and emerald gulf coast.

There is a brand ne Fitness Center on the 2nd floor. And (2) new FIRE PITS for delightful conversations about your day.
