House was very dated. Needs a big spruce up. Issues...unlike most Verbo homes I rented over the past 7 years. Shower floor disgusting, moldy/dirty grout, dead spider on floor first day. Rug tack strips (nails) grap your feet as you walk on them. Not sure, but rugs may be very old and smell stall, not sure if they have been cleaned lately.Sheets and bedding were very clean. Garage floor was covered with debris, leaves, sticks, very dirty. Front walk like wise.This property was way below Verbo standards.

Host was very kind and has a wonderful home. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. Living room furniture was very cozy and warm. All the beds were nice, no complaints there either. I would totally book here again.

This property should be in the process of becoming a VRBO, but it’s not ready to actually be one. It’s probably one of the worst ones I’ve stayed at, to be honest. Definitely not up to standards of what we’ve experienced elsewhere, esp for the price. Some pros: communication was easy, as well as the check in process. The property is conveniently located. Cons: missing hardware and unfinished renovations make the place look cheap despite the cute decorations. The doorknobs to the bedrooms were janky and fell off easily, and the garage is dirty and has old furniture stuffed in a corner. There was a used water bottle in the fridge upon arrival, which is also leaking water (requiring a bowl to catch it) and missing shelves. The master shower drain wasn’t attached and easily moved, which could result in injury as the drainage hole is a good size. While I understand this is not the owners fault, there was a boring rig in the front yard that we were surprised to find upon arrival. Since we were only there for 2 nights, we could deal with the issues, but some work needs to be done to make this property up to VRBO standards.
