The condo itself was nice. The property was run down and very dirty. It appears to be individually owned condos. ALL have window units for A/C. None match. Property is VERY run down and not taken care of. Would NOT recommend based solely on this. Again, our unit was nice inside....until you stepped out of the door. Feels like this property is months away from seeing a bulldozer.

So glad you enjoyed our villa. Yes, the Island is currently having the main hvac system upgraded and having to be down periodically but planned so the owners are placing alternates when they work on the main hvac. These are not permanent which is great.

I absolutely love staying at this resort, it's very calm and relaxing. I've stayed here multiple times in different condos and this one is by far my FAVORITE! Great views and the condo is absolutely adorable. Super easy check in and check out. 10/10 recommend!
