NOT family suitable accommodations!
The place was filthy! Roaches, Blood on walls. Black mold. Flees! Water logged, wholes in walls. Nail hung window coverings. Filthy throw pillows. Knife stab marks in the entry door. Vents covered in thick dust. The place may work for partying 20’s, get waisted and pass out, but far from suitable for a family that is seeking a clean and wholesome family vacation. Jeremy did eventually give a refund, but we were left with tons of stress and a dash to find appropriate lodging for 6 ppl, smack middle of Spring Break. I had this place reserved since Xmas. It cost us lots of time and much more money to fix what was a false advertising about this property. I think friends/family were the ones to leave previous good ratings? or they were partiers that weren’t looking for more than a roof over their head and a pool. Jeremy was at the property admittedly days before we arrived. We left within just hours of arriving from a 20 hour drive, we traveled from the Great Lakes. Looking to party? this might be for you? But for my family, it was not clean and was unhealthy. NOT suitable for anyone that makes cleanliness/health a corner stone in paying for family accommodations during a vacation. Waiting to see how the reimbursement process goes in order to decide if we will continue to use VRBO for any future rental needs. We have for many years, and have never had something like this happen. I have faith as we are the kind to leave a place better than we find it!
