The place is great, but the area is not so good

The condo was nice and clean, but the main problem is the pool situation because you must pay but the bad part about it. You had to do it in G cash. And most people who travel to the Philippines won’t have access to that. Far as the location, it will be perfect if you have a car or a rental car. However, if you don’t, it won’t be great and it was kinda hard to get cabs to pick you up from that location and also there’s not many stores around the area or unless you want to walk and you don’t have a problem with that that’s cool. The real question is what I rent this place again oh yes, but but hopefully it will improve the area.

The pool fee is set by SMDC to help ensure the pool remains clean, secure, and enjoyable for all guests, and to help manage the number of users at any given time. To make things smoother, we do recommend guests informing us at least a day in advance if they would like to use the pool, so we can assist with the necessary coordination. As for accessibility, using Grab is currently the most convenient option if you don't have a car. The good news is that SMDC continues to make improvements in the area, so we hope that your next visit will be even more comfortable and enjoyable.
